Sydney – August 6, 2010 – State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), the investment management business of State Street Corporation (NYSE:STT), today announced that total funds under management (FUM) for its SPDR range of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) in Australia have reached A$3 billion.
SSgA’s SPDR family of ETFs are the dominant products in their category in Australia. At 31 July they accounted for about 80 per cent of total FUM of all ETFs in the market, according to Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) data on Listed Managed Investments (LMI).
