RBS Self Funding Instalments (RBS SFIs) provide investors with leveraged exposure to a range of shares listed on the ASX. The product is structured so that there are no cash flows required during the term. Interest on the loan is capitalised, with any dividends paid by the underlying entities decreasing the loan balance.
