This is PennyWise's flagship institutional research product, the Global Macro Asset Allocation Report. Based on a proprietary four-stage evaluation process, the GMAA Report includes Australia’s most comprehensive ratings guide to locally listed exchange traded funds covering local and international equity markets and sectors, together with key commodities such as gold and silver.
ETFs are evaluated on four criteria:
- their relative price performance,
- direction and strength of price trend
- valuations and expected returns
- downside price risk
In turn, these ratings are used to provide broad portfolio weighting recommendations between Australian equities, listed property, developed versus emerging markets within the PennyWise Core Global Macro ETF Model Portfolio.
